Founded in 2008
Our family-run operation was founded in 2008. Since then, we’ve worked with clients across a wide range of industries and business types: SaaS, e-commerce, home services, brick & mortar, B2B, public companies, nonprofits, one-person startups, and just about everything in between.
A specialty of ours is what we consider “local” businesses. A local business is one that gets its customers predominantly from its local city/region. Over our 15+ years of experience (that’s 100+ in dog years), we’ve created custom-built marketing packages for local businesses, big and small, that lay the foundation for a successful strategy. We also have experience in helping multi-location businesses, including franchises, and have developed technology that can scale to thousands of locations.
Odd Dog Media is a certified Google Premier Partner with specializations in Google Analytics, Google Ads Search & Display, and measurement.
We are committed to building a workplace where every team member feels respected, heard, and empowered to bring their full self to work. By honoring diverse perspectives and holding ourselves to the highest standards of integrity and accountability, we deliver better outcomes for our team and the communities we serve.
Code of Conduct
All Odd Dog employees deserve to work in an environment where they are treated with dignity and respect. To protect that right, Odd Dog employees are expected to adhere to the following conduct standards.
Respect for the Individual: Treat others (internal or external) with dignity and respect at all times, while conducting oneself with professionalism, responsibility, integrity, and accountability.
Build Trust and Credibility: Our agency’s success depends on the trust and confidence we earn from our team members and clients. We gain credibility by adhering to our commitments, displaying honesty and integrity, and reaching company and client goals through honorable conduct.
Embrace Diverse Perspectives and Needs: Foster teamwork and employee participation, encouraging the representation of different employee perspectives and backgrounds. Support flexible work arrangements for team members with different needs, abilities, and/or obligations.
