The client’s previous website was overly cluttered, challenging to manage on the backend, and featured an excessively broad funnel that lacked focus. They approached us to implement significant site architecture changes and redesign the user interface to streamline the lead funnel while enhancing ease of use for content managers to update and edit all areas of the site. One of the primary design challenges involved modernizing the aesthetics to present a cleaner, more visually appealing product portfolio that effectively showcased key features.

Our Solution

Our strategy focused on analyzing and segmenting the two primary user groups of the website: existing customers seeking support and potential customers entering the sales pipeline. A critical element of this process was updating the site architecture to effectively guide each group to their respective funnels. By streamlining and shortening the user journey, we ensured a more intuitive experience through a clean, optimized navigation and design. Additionally, comprehensive industry research was conducted to benchmark similar companies, informing the visual and navigational elements of the site. This approach allowed us to highlight product benefits in a more engaging and visually immersive way.
