Their previous website was cluttered, difficult to edit/update on the backend, and had too broad of a funnel. They came to use to make major site architecture changes as well a redesign the user interface to shorten the lead funnel as well as to help content managers more easily edit and update all pages and areas of the website. The biggest design challenge we faced was updating the aesthetics to a cleaner and more visual product portfolio of features.
Our approach was to analyze and segment the two users of their site – existing customers looking for support and potential customers to put in the sales pipeline. Updating the site architecture to easily direct these groups to their appropriate funnels was key. Simplifying and shortening the users’ path to get what they wanted with a clean site navigation, design and architecture. Industry research of similar companies was used to identify the aesthetic look and feel of the site as well as the site navigation, to better showcase the product benefits in a more visually immersive manner.
