Our Process

How It Works

Many business owners aren’t aware that their websites need to meet accessibility standards until an issue comes up. We can help by fixing existing websites or building new ones that are accessible from the start. Let us know which option fits your needs.

Audit & Remediate Your Existing Website

Already have a website? We’ll review it, outline what needs fixing, and make sure it meets compliance standards. You’ll also get clear documentation.

1
Free Accessibility Scan

We run an automated and manual review of your website, then send you a plain-English report of what we find. No obligation, no pitch.

2
Scoped Remediation Plan

We sort the findings by priority, starting with the critical WCAG issues, and give you a flat-rate estimate before any work begin

3
Remediation and Verification

We fix the issues and re-scan to confirm. You get a before-and-after report showing exactly what changed.

4
Optional: Monthly Monitoring

Websites change. A new plugin or an uploaded image can quietly introduce new problems, so our monthly plan catches them early.

Launch and Baseline Report

Your website goes live with a documented snapshot of where it stands.

4

What You Get With the Accessibility Package

What's Included

Whether we are updating your existing website or creating a new one, we always focus on the same key steps. We review your website using the WCAG 2.1 AA standard, fix any issues we find, and provide clear documentation so you have proof of our work, not just a promise.

Every button, link, and menu should work without a mouse. We test for it and fix what doesn't.

Your forms get proper labels, readable error messages, and focus states that don't vanish, so people using a keyboard or screen reader can actually fill them out.

We publish a page that states your commitment and gives visitors a way to report problems. It's a good-faith signal that carries real weight if a complaint ever comes up.

Frequently Asked Questions

No, and to be honest, you should be cautious if a vendor promises a guarantee. We build and audit your website using the WCAG 2.1 AA standard, which is what courts refer to in ADA cases. However, compliance is an ongoing process. Adding new content, plugins, or updates can create new issues, so we also offer monthly monitoring as an extra service.

No, not by itself. If you don’t address the root problems, your website remains at risk. Almost half of federal ADA web lawsuits in 2024 targeted companies that had already faced lawsuits before. Only real fixes lower the chance of it happening again. The Department of Justice has confirmed that the ADA applies to websites. You can find their official web accessibility guidance here.
WCAG means Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, which set the global standard for making websites accessible. Courts, the DOJ, and state regulators all use WCAG 2.1 Level AA to decide if a website meets ADA rules. You can read the official guidelines directly from the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative.

We make sure everything on your website is accessible when we return it to you. Any images or content you add later, including alt text, will be your responsibility. If you prefer not to handle that, our monthly monitoring plan can help catch new issues as they appear.

Why It Matters

Accessibility Is Good Practice and Good Protection

Making your website accessible makes it better for everyone. Clean code, easy navigation, labeled forms, and clear text help people who use screen readers, but they also improve the experience for all users. These features can also boost your search rankings.

There are also legal reasons to focus on accessibility. Every year, thousands of web accessibility lawsuits are filed, often targeting small and mid-size businesses that were unaware of any issues until they received a demand letter. Healthcare and service businesses face even stricter standards because an inaccessible booking form or contact page can prevent someone from getting the care they need.

More than 4,000 web accessibility lawsuits were filed in the US in 2024, and filings are rising. In 2025, they were on track for about 20% more. Most cases still target small and mid-size businesses, though larger companies are an increasing target. About 36% of businesses sued in the first half of 2025 had revenue over $25 million, up from 33% a year earlier (source:UsableNet 2025 Midyear Report). The takeaway is that no size is exempt.

Paying a settlement resolves only the current case. If your website remains inaccessible, you are still at risk for future claims. In 2024, approximately 41% of federal accessibility lawsuits targeted companies with prior lawsuits, a trend that continued into 2025. Plaintiff firms monitor litigation history and often pursue businesses that have not fully addressed accessibility issues. Addressing the root causes is the most effective way to reduce your risk.

In 2024, over 600 WordPress websites faced ADA lawsuits. The issue is not the platform itself, but that routine updates can introduce accessibility problems, such as inaccessible plugins, images without alt text, or disordered headings. Ongoing monitoring is as important as initial remediation.
