The Challenges & Approach

Goals & Challenges

Our main design challenges were fully updating an outdated website, updating product images, and establishing more efficient site navigation through East Valley’s wide variety of products and services offered. Local SEO challenges included cleaning up and organizing citations (i.e., any time the business’s name, address, and phone number were mentioned — mostly directory listings) for two businesses that shared the same location.

Cleaning these items up would ultimately support our goal of improving East Valley’s organic rankings and on-site user experience.

Our Solution

A modern, intuitive design with plenty of calls to action directing users to get in touch via form submissions or phone calls. We used custom-created graphics, on-site photography, and developed easy-to-use tools and forms to grab potential customers’ attention and generate more leads.

Our Results

The combination of quality website design and SEO can be powerful. With a modern design, better visuals, and streamlined navigation, the new site reduced bounce rate (when users “bounce”, or leave your site immediately) by 22%. Visitors stayed longer and engaged more with key pages and services. By improving site navigation, adding clear calls to action, and creating easy-to-use tools, such as a material calculator, the agency boosted qualified leads by 376%. Contact form submissions rose from 25 to 119 within a year.

We also cleaned up online citations to ensure consistent business listings, increasing citation accuracy from 35% to 88%. This improved local search visibility and helped attract the right customers.
